Katy Dymoke teaches a mix of Body Mind Centering, embodiment through dance and contact improvisation. Katy teaches nationally and directs Touchdown Dance. Katy is practitioner and teacher in BMC, 3rd Dan in Jujitsu and a dance film maker.
